The largest of the rooms. A king bed sits against the warm accent wall under a trio of prints, with woven pendant lamps hanging low on either side so you can read without getting up. There is a cane armchair and a small table by the window, a chest of drawers, a full-length mirror, and a kettle with tea and coffee. The bathroom is private, with a hot shower and towels changed daily.

Built for people who came to Bir for a week and then decided to stay a month. A queen bed, a solid wooden desk under the window with a cane chair that is comfortable for a full working day, and a private balcony on the upper floors looking across Chougan to the hills. WiFi reaches every corner of the house. Private bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, and a kettle for the first coffee of the morning.

Two single beds, for friends who want the same room but not the same bed.

Two proper single beds with their own bedside lights, a mirror, a cane sideboard with the kettle on it, and the same framed prints and warm lamps as the rest of the house. Curtains open onto the trees. Best for two people travelling together who would rather not share a bed, and for anyone flying at Billing who wants an early night.
